METHODS OF SHIPPING:
All Internet orders shipped inside the continental United States weighing 100lbs or less will be shipped via Fedex Ground service. Fedex will only deliver packages to a physical address and will not deliver to any kind of PO BOX, FPO, or APO address. For security purposes, orders will be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder unless otherwise specified. Orders over $100 in value must be signed in person at the time of delivery!
SHIPPING RATES (48 STATES):
Customers are responsible for actual shipping costs, and for your convenience we insure all packages to their replacement value.
All products are shipped using carrier-approved packing materials and methods. Any visible or hidden damage to the package you receive should be brought to the attention of the delivery person or to the carrier immediately by calling their customer service number for claims. Make sure to keep all shipping cartons and packing contents so the carrier can inspect the package based on you claims. The customer must hold the packaging material until the claim has been approved by the carrier (typically 5-7 days). Failure to comply may result in a lengthy investigation and/or failure to approve the claim. DO NOT ship back damaged goods without prior authorization, as they will not be accepted. Replacement items will be sent in the same manner they were originally shipped (ground, 3 day, 2 day or overnight) once the claim has been approved or as soon as the customer purchases an additional replacement item. Expedited shipping is available at the purchaser’s expense. Customers will be eligible for a credit, as soon as the claim has been approved or the damaged item(s) has been returned. If your package is missing parts or was shipped with incorrect parts you must notify FCSRace within 10 days of receiving the package. Failure to comply will result in additional replacement costs at the customer’s expense.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER:
Cancellation requests received and approved prior to shipment are allowed, but are subject to a 25% processing fee. After an item has been shipped, a 25% restocking fee will be incurred for all approved returns. All custom fabrication, special order or non stocking parts require a 50% non refundable deposit.
RETURNING OF ORDER:
FCSRace charges a 25% restocking fee for all returnable items, if returned within 30 days from receiving the item(s). Items held longer then 30 days are NOT returnable. There are no returns for electrical, special order, sale, non stocking, custom fabrication or used items. All returnable items are to be shipped prepaid by the customer and must be accompanied with a returned goods authorization number or “RGA”. You may request a RGA number by phone or email. This RGA number should be on the shipping papers and the package itself. The RGA number is imperative for linking your return with the original invoice and the reason for the return. DO NOT return anything without a RGA number.
All special order items will be charged a 50% deposit at time of order. All special order items will be processed in the most efficient and timely manner possible. FCSRace cannot and will not be held responsible for delays beyond their control. No cancellations, refunds, exchanges or credits will be honored for any special order or custom built items. It is the customer's responsibility at the time of ordering a special order to obtain an estimated time of arrival. The approximate time of arrival is just that, APPROXIMATE.
All merchandise distributed by FCSRace is subject to the manufacturers' warranties only (if any). All high performance, racing, special order, or custom-made parts are sold "as is" without any type of warranty, expressed, written, implied, or assumed. It is the responsibility of the customer and not FCSRace/ JPE, LLC to verify product warranty (if any) with the manufacture. No labor inconvenience or damage charges are included in any guarantee or warranty claims.
LEGALITY OF PRODUCTS SOLD:
All parts and products sold by
FCSRace/ JPE, LLC are intended for off road racing vehicles which are never to be driven on public roads. It is the customer's responsibility to check with local, state, federal laws, and manufacturers, as well as race sanctioning bodies before ordering any products from FCSRace/ JPE, LLC
INSTALLATION OF PRODUCTS:
FCSRace/JPE,LLC strongly recommends that a trained professional install all parts. Improper installation of any part may void the warranty (if any) and cause injury or death. FCSRace/JPE,LLC will NOT be held liable for any labor inconveniences.
